The Blockchain Association is attempting to intervene in the SEC’s Lawsuit Against Ripple
The Blockchain Consortium has joined other companies and organizations in supporting Ripple Labs Inc. in an ongoing suit between the SEC & Ripple. The SEC filed a lawsuit against Ripple, along with two of its senior executives, in December 2020 for allegedly selling unregistered securities.
