SEC Enforcement remains centered on Crypto — Chair Gensler says he’s ‘impressed’ with Enforcement Results
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division said it “remains focused upon the rapidly evolving crypto assets securities space space.” This year, the securities regulator filed 760 enforcement actions. Gary Gensler, Chairman of the SEC, commented that he is impressed by the Division of Enforcement.
