In a class-action lawsuit, former FTX CEO Sam Bankman Fried (SBF), and a host of celebrities, including Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen and Stephen Curry, were named. The suit relates to the alleged deceptive practices with FTX. Adam Moskowitz, David Boies and others filed the lawsuit late Tuesday.
